Summary edit
DescriptionFlood Aftermath, Priest Lane Ford. - geograph.org.uk - 471050.jpg |
English: Flood Aftermath, Priest Lane Ford. Heavy rain on 15th June 2007 turned the River Skell into a raging torrent which reached the level of the footbridge and deposited several branches and other debris on the bridge. A number of nearby properties and the Water Rat pub were also affected. A few miles upstream, the grounds and ruins at Fountains Abbey were badly affected. |
