In consideration of one dollar paid, I hereby agree to sell & transfer to The Lyme Art Association Inc. the parcel of land below described, namely bounded on the East by the main street of Old Lyme, Connecticut, on the south by land owned by Jos. S, Huntington & sisters and on the West & North by my ice pond and brook - This option will be good & binding until Oct 1st 1916 and the price to be paid me for said land is $1000#
