| Description |
English: FluoroSpot reader analysis of cells secreting IFN-g and IL-2. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (200 000/well) were stimulated for 16 hours with a pool MHC class I-restricted peptides derived from CMV, EBV and Flu virus. Cells secreting both cytokines (about 40% of responding cells) create yellow spots in an overlay of green and red spot images. In the CD8+ T-cell mediated response to CEF, most IL-2 secreting cells also produce IFN-g. The number of spontaneous spots by unstimulated control cells were <1 in IFN-g/IL-2 double staining. |
