Description Esta fonte monumental foi erguida em 1830, no antigo Campo do Tablado (atual Jardim da República) mas devido às obras de alargamento deste jardim, foi apeada em 1923 e erguida no atual local em 1924. O acesso às duas bicas faz-se por amplas escadas laterais, tendo a encimar este grandioso fontanário, uma estátua de um guerreiro armado de alabarda e cujo escudo ostenta as armas da cidade de Lamego. <a href="http://www.portoenorte.pt/pt/o-que-fazer/fonte-monumental-o-lamego/" rel="noreferrer nofollow">www.portoenorte.pt/pt/o-que-fazer/fonte-monumental-o-lamego/</a>
