Description
English: Footbrdge, Hooe Level Viewed from a 12th century embankment built to protect the reclaimed fields from the sea. The footbridge crosses a drain which was added at a later date cutting through the older embankment which can be seen continuing its journey in the field beyond. The yellow painted pole aids navigation in this flat expanse of land.
