English: Joseph B. Foraker, who would later be governor of Ohio and US Senator, depicted as a private soldier in 1862. On page 212 of source, Foraker refers to this as "a picture representing me as a private soldier" used in the 1883 gubernatorial campaign, so it is probably not from 1862
