Description

Corinthian White. Closely related to Mercurys Comet, Fords compact car the Falcon was built from 1960-70 in the US. (1960-2016 in Australia) This is a first generation (1960-63) Falcon. 1960 Falcons had a concave grille, the second year 1961 got a convex grille and the upmarket Futura also available with bucket seats and console in 1961. The convertible was introduced to the US Falcon line in 1963. This American 1963 convertible has the Australian Falcon XL grille. No Falcon convertibles were built in Australia. The American 1st generation (1960-63) Falcons were offered as 2 and 4 door Sedans, Hardtop, Convertible, 2 and 4 door Wagons, Pickup and Delivery.
