Description
English: Polish communist security services routinely issued a secret travel ban on people who were suspected of supporting democratic opposition. This document from 1988 bans travel to "all countries" (WKŚ - wszystkie kraje świata). As result, the person mentioned would be not issued passport and not allowed to cross the border.
