English: Forestry road in Nant Gwernog Plantation, Ceredigion This forestry road was strengthened and upgraded in 2007 in preparation for the heavy equipment required for felling operations. The tussocky grass top of Bryn Mawr can be seen beyond the trees. Up to the mid 1990s that land was regularly grazed by sheep (and occasional cattle), so the grass was short. |
