Summary
editDescriptionForked Path Flying - Gardner, KS.png |
English: Winner of R/Vexillology's monthly flag design contest - May 2023
The white star represents the city of Gardner, Kansas itself. The blue background represents Kansas more widely (taken from the blue background of Kansas's flag). The red and yellow lines represent the Santa Fe Trail and the Oregon/California Trails. Gardner was founded where these two trails seperate, and so the flag represents this founding. |
