Italiano: Telaio rettangolare in legno sul quale è fissata una rete in ottone a maglia fine. Sulla rete, che funge da setaccio, è riprodotta l'immagine di un calendario del 1897: sono ricamate con filo metallico alcune decorazioni floreali, i riquadri con i giorni del mesi del 1897, la figura di uno gnomo Il retro della forma è rinforzato con astine in legno.
Forma utilizzata per la produzione artigianale di fogli di carta filigranati con effetto chiaroscuro. In questo caso era rappresentato il calendario del 1897, probabilmente ad uso promozionale dell'azienda SÄCHSISCHE METALLTUCHFABRIK.
La forma era utilizzata dal lavorante della cartaria che la immergeva nel tino, pieno di pasta da carta e acqua, e ne estraeva una quantità di pasta sempre uguale, distribuita uniformemente su tutta la superficie. La forma di solito era delimitata da una cornice mobile in legno (cascio) che serviva a non disperdere la pasta e delimitare le dimensioni del foglio Il processo di unione delle fibre tra loro fino a formare una superficie uniforme, ovvero il foglio, veniva detto feltrazione Il foglio veniva poi passato al ponitore per l'asciugatura.
