English: Former Barry's amusements, Bangor
Built in about 1895 as the Grand Hotel this building, in Quay Street, became Barrys Amusements in 1927 and stayed thus until 1982. One of the features of the place was that, after decimalisation, its machines continued to use 1d coins. Now demolished and replaced, in 1994, by the Marine Court Hotel. |
