| Description |
English: Former Railway Halt, Towersey Situated in Chinnor Road, this railway halt, which is seen being dismantled, was on the former railway line between Princes Risborough and Oxford via Thame, which closed in January 1963. The pagoda type shelter was a common sight at stations on former Great Western Railway lines. This section of railway line between Princes Risborough and Thame is now a shared path for walkers and cyclists known as The Phoenix Trail. The postcode of this railway halt is OX9 3QZ. |
