Description
Deutsch: Fossiles Watt entsteht, wenn eine Nordseeinsel wandert und dabei alter, smöglicherweise viele Jahrhunderte oder Jahrtausende alter, Boden auf der Seeseite wieder freigelegt wird. Beachte auch die Abbruchkanten an den Weissdünen im Hintergrund des Bildes.

Klumpige, kleine Einzelstücke fossilen Watts wurden auch gut 20 Jahre später auf der nicht weit entfernten Nordseeinsel Wangerooge gefunden.
