This appears to be a variant of the Gratour V3, a commercial microvan manufactured by Foton in the Philippines and China since 2014, but in Colombia the vehicle is creatively called "the Mini Van". In any case, the Gratour V3 is a small, utilitarian work van with tiny 80 horsepower 4 cylinder engine and a starting price well below $10,000 US Dollars in most markets. It has few amenities, and a simple manual transmission. A version of this van is also built in Italy by Piaggio, a century old manufacturer of small commercial vehicles, but this model is substantially different from the Foton variant, with a new engine and other redesigned components intended to keep in compliance with European emission and safety standards. The Piaggio can be found in a few western European markets, but the Foton is found almost exclusively in the developing world and built only in the Philippines and China (which are also its two largest markets).
