Das Bundesarchiv verwahrt im Berliner Bestand R77 auch einen Bildbericht über den Aufbau des norwegischen Arbeitsdienstes:

English: Image taken from a photo report on the structure of the voluntary Norwegian Nazi labour service during World War II, a document of the Reich Labour Service (Reichsarbeitsdienst, RAD) in Norway during the German occupation of the country:
  • Reichsarbeitsführer Konstantin Hierl receives members of the female labour service, approx. 1940/41.
  • RAD was a major organisation established in Nazi Germany in 1935 to help mitigate the unemployment, militarise the workforce and indoctrinate it with Nazi ideology. RAD forces worked in Norway 1940–1943.

Norsk bokmål: Foto fra et bildealbum etter den tyske arbeidstjenesten Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD) i Norge under det nazistiske Tysklands okkupasjon av landet under andre verdenskrig, angivelig fra perioden 1940–41. Bildet viser Reichsarbeitsführer Konstantin Hierl som møter kvinnelige representater for Nasjonal Samlings (NS') arbeidstjeneste (AT) under krigen. Tordis Bergquist Andresen, leder for «Kvinnelig A.T.», og de unge kvinnene er kledt i bunader. («Stabsleder i Kvinnelig A.T.»). Ifølge side 11 i Stortingsforhandlinger (ib. utg.). 1947 Vol. 91 Nr. 4 ble fru Tordis Bergquist-Andresen (født 1902) ansatt som «stabsleder» i arbeidstjenesten 15. november 1940.
Bildet er kopiert fra de digitale samlingene til Det tyske riksarkivet som har publisert det som en lavoppløst bildefil på nettet. Fotografen er ukjent, og det antas at bildet mer enn åtti år seinere er falt i det fri som offentlig eiendom uten begrensinger på bruk.
