  • 1983 Charles E. Peterson Prize, Honorable Mention
  • Significance: Originally named the Bailey-Parrott Cottage, the Fowler House was built by Charles E. Bailey in 1862. An example of the Gothic Revival style, it is noteworthy for the rusticated wood siding and elaborate bargeboard which were employed throughout subsequent building stages.
