English: Frankfurt on the Main: Bleidenstraße (Bleiden Street) 1 / Neue Kräme (New Market) 33 as seen from the northeast
Deutsch: Frankfurt am Main: Bleidenstraße 1 / Neue Kräme 33, von Nordosten gesehen. Vor der Kriegszerstörung befand sich hier Am Liebfrauenberg 35 das Geschäft der aus der Frankfurter Oberschicht stammenden Hoflieferanten Gebrüder Hoff, "Seiden-, Châles- & Manufacturwaaren-Lager", die sich 1893-1896 von den renomierten Architekten Hermann Ritter und Th. Martin ein imposantes spätklassizistisches Eckgeschäftshaus auf dem “Zum Liebfrauen-Eck” Zeil 53, 55, 57, 59 und Liebfrauenstraße 8 und 10 errichten ließen. Nur ca. zehn Jahre später starb am 01.02.1905 Kommerzienrats Johann Georg Karl Hoff, der Teilhaber der Seidenfirma Gebrüder Hoff, langjähriger Senior des Katharinen- und Weißfrauenstifts, Vorstandsmitglied der Polytechnischen Gesellschaft und der Saalbaugesellschaft. Nach Kriegszerstörung stand dort lange Zeit das Kaufhaus Ott & Heinemann.
