(zugemauertes) Romanisches Pilgerportal im nördlichen Seitenschiff der Leonhardskirche in Frankfurt am Main. Sein mit einem Kleeblattbogen geschlossener Tympanon stellt den stehenden heiligen Jakobus mit der Pilgermuschel und zwei ihn verehrende Pilger dar. Die Gewände und der Bogen des Portals zeigen Zickzack-, Nagelkopf- und Perlbänder. Im unteren Bereich, der weit unter dem Niveau des gotischen Bodens liegt, und somit nur schwer zu erkennen ist, laufen die Gewände im Westen in einem Fratzenkopf, im Osten in einem stilisierten Akanthusblatt aus. Die Kapitelle der inneren Säulen zeigen einfache Ringe, dazwischen spannt sich ein Wulst ohne jegliches Ornament. Selber fotografiert im März 2008, Doppellizensierung GFDL & CC-BY-SA 2.5.
