Deutsch: Die 1730 errichtete Hauptwache war bis ca. 1900 Militärstandort, Polizeiwache und Gefängnis. 1944 wurde das Barockgebäude völlig zerstört und 1954 als Café rekonstruiert, zunächst jedoch in vereinfachter Form. Nachdem es 1967 dem Bau des S- und U-Bahnhofs Hauptwache weichen musste, wurde es an einer etwas veränderten Position originalgetreu wieder aufgebaut. |
