Čeština: Na desce je následující česky psaný text: „Koncem 20. století znovu ožívá odkaz Františka Řezáče (1819 – 1879). Je spatřován v jeho činnosti reformátora vězeňství v humanistickém duchu a bojovníka za české školství.“
English: The following Czech text is written on the plaque: “At the end of the 20–th century, the legacy of František Řezáč (1819 - 1879) came to life again. In his work is seen his person as a prison reformer in the humanist spirit and a fighter for Czech education."
