Description View across the forecourt of the Frauenthal nunnery to the so-called Beichtigerhaus (House of the confessor and chaplain), which is located on the western wall of the cloister. The round-arched main entrance to the convent leads through the ground floor. It has only two approximately square windows on its west side. The first floor has a narrow 9-part window, the 2nd floor has five windows. To the left of the round-arched entrance gate (hidden behind potted plants) is the so-called stone Auftritt, a kind of two-flight staircase with two steps. It facilitated mounting the horse. Frauenthal Monastery is located in the municipality of Cham in the canton of Zug, Switzerland Switzerland.
