Description The Danish fort Fredensborg on the Gold Coast at Ningo. This illustration appeared in Ludvig Ferdinand Römer's book Efterretning om Negotien paa Kysten Guinea from 1760, after page 310. The illustrator's name is readable as "M. Rösler", who might be Michael Rösler (1705-1777) of Nuremberg.
