Frederick R. Burch (1867-?) was born in Santa Cruz, California, to Everett C. Burch, a California pioneer. Frederick studied law, and moved to Seattle in 1894, entering the law office of William Martin. He married Miss Lova Shogren in 1900. He served on the State Legislature in 1901.
