Description
On the verso was a label dated 1911 and signed by Særsløv. The experts at Bruun Rasmussen did not comment on it. The woman in the painting was making æbleskiver (a sort of round pancakes). Compare that with the fact that in 1911 Særsløv exhibited a painting called Konen, der bager Æbleskiver (A woman making Æbleskiver) at Charlottenborg, and it seems to be more than a coincidence - to the uploader at least.
