Description
Deutsch: Auf eine bewegte Geschichte kann die neben der Löchinger-Kapelle (1833) wachsende Stieleiche zurückblicken. Bald nach dem Anschluss im Jahre 1938 wurde sie in der allgemeinen Euphorie im Park am Hauptplatz von Lichtenwörth, Niederösterreich, als „Deutsche Eiche“ gepflanzt. Nach dem 2. Weltkrieg wurde sie ausgerissen und liegengelassen. Ein Bewohner des Ortes nahm den Baum und pflanzte ihn neben der Kapelle ein, wo er heute noch zu bewundern ist.
