Note: A full attempt has been made, via libraries, books, magazines, collections, archives, internet etc., to establish the name of the author. None has been found.

Note to editors: The first upload is an artwork, based on a bad microfilm which is in the British Library. Therefore, as an artwork, it is better than the bad microfilm. If you prefer the bad British Library microfilm image, please upload it onto a separate image filepage. Please do not overwrite this artwork, even if you personally don't like it. Thank you.
