Deutsch: Kardinal Joseph Othmar Rauscher (1797-1875) sitzt auf einem mit rotem Brokatstoff bespannten Lehnstuhl, die rechte Hand im Zeigegestus stützt sich auf die Armlehne. Auf seiner Brust trägt er das Großkreuz des österreichischen Leopoldordens und jenes des ungarischen Stephansordens zusammen mit dem grün-roten Band des selben, der damals höchsten Auszeichnung des Staates.
