Summary

edit
Description
English: Fulliford Passage, New Forest. The bridge in the foreground crosses the Beaulieu River i.e. provides the "passage" in the place name. Just beyond that is a railway arch that allows walkers and wandering beasts to get to the heathland to the west of the tracks. The river is a few metres wide here and steep-banked, so it is unlikely that this was the original fording place.
