Description
Deutsch: Das Kondensat tropft durch die Eintrittsöffnung (1) und sammelt sich im Behälter (2). Das Ventil ist zunächst geschlossen, da über die Vorsteuerleitung (3) und das Magnetventil (4) ein Druckausgleich oberhalb der Membran (5) erfolgt. Die größere Fläche über der Membran bewirkt eine hohe Schließkraft. Der Membransitz bleibt leckagefrei verschlossen. Hat sich der Behälter mit Kondensat gefüllt, sodass der kapazitive Niveausensor (6) am Maximumpunkt ein Signal meldet, schaltet das Magnetventil um und der Bereich über der Membran wird entlüftet. Durch den abnehmenden Druck oberhalb der Membran hebt sich diese vom Membransitz (7) ab, der Überdruck im Gehäuse drückt das Kondensat in die Auslaufleitung (8).
