| Description |
English: Furzley Road climbing Crock Hill, Cadnam Common. The road curving to the left is Furzley Road headed for the crossroads at Furzley. The wooded area to the right of the road is Crock Hill - probably so-called because it was a Romano-British pottery site (that's the usual reason in this area). The common is quite heavily grazed, and it contains a lot of silver birch trees, bracken and gorse brakes. |
