Description
English: GTSE1 microtubule plus-end tracking resumes at anaphase onset. U2OS cell stably expressing GTSE1-GFP and EB3-mCherry, stained with Hoechst (DNA). As metaphase cells entered anaphase, short time-lapse movies were acquired every 3 minutes, then stitched together.
