GYRATORS BY DON CRONIN [PUBLIC ART IN MIDLETON COUNTY CORK] Commissioned by Cork County Council with funding from the Per Cent for Art Scheme for the Midleton Sewerage Scheme. Don Cronin graduated from Crawford College of Art and Design in 1994 and works from his studio near Innishannon Co. Cork. He operates in both public and private spheres and his distinctive sculpture appears in collections in France, the USA, the UK and Ireland. He has produced work on commission under the Per Cent for Art Scheme from Cork, Kerry, Mayo, Leitrim, Tipperary and Limerick County Councils. |
