Description
Српски / srpski: Namenska zgrada za Galeriju fresaka izgrađena je 1952. godine, na zemljištu koje je Jevrejska opština ustupila gradu Beogradu pod uslovom da budući objekat bude namenjen kulturi. Na tom mestu nekada se nalazila sinagoga Bet Izrael, koju su nacisti porušili 1944. godine.
English: The dedicated building for the Fresco Gallery was built in 1952 on the land that the Jewish municipality gave to the city of Belgrade, provided that the future object is intended for culture. At that site was the synagogue Bet Israel, which was destroyed by the Nazis in 1944.
