Description
English: Gaming table (1798-1805) probably by John Seymour and Thomas Seymour. Made of mahogany with satinwood veneer, ivory inlays. This is a 3-in-1 table: regular table if the plain top is displayed, chess table if the top is flipped (on the photo), backgammon table if the top is removed. From the exhibit at the National Gallery of Art.
