Enerjiya ji bo xilîska deziyan ji molekûlên ATPyê tê dabînkirin. Gava dezî li ser hev dixilîskin, hêlen-Z yên li ser herdu aliyên sarkomerê kaş dikin, sarkomerê kin dikin.
