English: Gazebo tower at Strokestown Park Built in 1740 the building stands at the south west corner of the walled garden. It was used as the head gardener's house in the 1800's, but in recent years was restored to its original use. The first floor contains fine examples of Georgian plasterwork and two elegant tripartite Venetian windows. |
