Description
English: Here stories are told, as follows:

OUR CHILDREN: Children born in the year of the Antep War did not hear the sound of lullabies. For a year they grew up amid the whistling of cannonballs and the roar of machine guns. The entertainment of those in the game age was ball, imitation rifle (Hücuuuum!) and (taking captive) games.

1- Don't be afraid uncle, don't be afraid

Lohanlı Mustafa explains: - "I saw something surprising on the street: A few children gathered somewhere, they turned a piece of wood in their hands into an Armenian neighborhood, and they imitated a machine gun by clicking and clattering. Meanwhile, a cannonball of the enemy fell close to me. I immediately threw myself to the ground. As I fell, I made the children shout - Go to bed quickly!. One of the children laughed; Get up, uncle, get up... This is not 15, but 7.5, it won't do much harm! Surprise... The children didn't even break their game.

2- "M. Ali, take my revenge!"

When his father was martyred, M. Ali went to the Central Commander Aslan Bey; I'm a volunteer too, give me a gun. - Son, you are younger. Let us fight, you grow, we save you, then it's your turn. - Even though I'm small, I can shoot a gun. Every night I see my father in my dreams and he tells me,”Mehmet Ali, take my revenge." Aslan Bey gave him a gun and he took it with him voluntarily. M. Ali served until the end.

3- Four little puppies

It was the Great Çınarlı attack, a young gang came running to the workshop; - Quickly raise ammunition, we are out of cartridges! The gang carried a crate and ran away. They took four more crates and placed them on the road. At that time, 4 children aged 8-10 were taking buckets of water to the front. The master coming out of the workshop called out to them. Come on, my children, put your bucket on the ground, bring those boxes to Çınarlı in a hurry. Those 4 children helped each other and took the heavy cartridge boxes on their shoulders. Under the heavy load, with their trembling legs, they started running towards Çınarlı in such a way that it was impossible not to cry when they saw it.

4- Telephone Wires

On the Aydınbaba front, 11-year-old Tilki Mehmedi's son Şerif brought his father bread. The telephone between the fronts was also disconnected during the enemy bombardment. There was no other wire for them to repair, Little Sheriff; - Ökkes Bahri Bey said, "Give me a tool to cut wire and I will bring you wire." They did not believe him; "Give that kid a chisel," he said. Şerif takes the chisel, climbs the pole in the dark, cuts the enemy's wire and comes back. This 10-year-old boy was martyred by a stray bullet while passing by Gümüşkastel one day to bring bread to the trenches.
