Nederlands: Gedenkdoek Leidsche Katoen Maatschappij Leiden (blauw-grijs). Witte doek bedrukt met zwart, blauw en donkerblauw. In het midden een oude gravure in twee delen; links een weverij, rechts papierverwerking met hieronder een oude spreuk. Aan vier zijden hieromheen de tekst: 'De Leidsche Katoenmaatschappij. Voorheen De Heyer en co. opgericht te Lier 1756 en verplaatst naar Leiden 1835. Daaromheen, aan drie zijden, een brede rand met bloemenen dunne lijnen in blauw, afgesloten met een grijze rand (linkerrand ontbreekt).
