Deutsch: Gedenkstein für Ferdinand August Schmidt an der SW-Seite des F.-A.-Schmidt-Platzes, auch Hertha-Platz genannt (Sportplatz des F.C. Hertha Bonn 1918 e.V.) in Bonn-Dottendorf. Das Bronzerelief ist ein signiertes Duplikat[1] der 1907 von Albert Küppers geschaffenen Jubiläumsplakette an Schmidts Grab auf dem Alten Friedhof (Bild hier). Das Denkmal war 1930 gestiftet worden und hatte bis 1975 im alten Poststadion gestanden. Die Stadt hat im April 2010 den F.-A.-Schmidt-Platz teilweise gesperrt (Senkungsgefahr der NO-Platzhälfte), aber über seine weitere Verwendung nicht entschieden.
