English: Genista anglica subsp. anglica in one of the Natural reserves of "Plateau d'Helfaut", at Blendecques or Heurginghem in the north of France, near St Omer, photographed on the edge of a pound.
Français : épaisse touffe de genêt d'angleterre (Genista anglica subsp. anglica) photographiée dans une des réserves naturelles (et zone Natura 2000, Arrêté préfectoral de biotope) sur le "plateau d'Helfaut", dans la région Nord/Pas-de-Calais, près de St Omer, en bordure du parc naturel régional de l'audomarois (devenu depuis PNR "Cap et marais d'Opale"). Cette touffe qui poussait dans une zone riche en bruyères cendrées (Erica cinerea) et Bruyère à quatre angles (Erica tetralix) sur argile à silex près d'une mare autrefois limpide (vestige d'une carrière d'extraction de silex).Les grandes touffes de genêt d'angleterre ont disparu après quelques années sous le couvert des bouleaux qui ont densément poussé sur la lande acide après abandon du pâturage, régression des lapins, transformation en jardin public et fragmentation écologique de cette zone par une route dite VNVA (Voie nouvelle de la vallée de l'Aa). |
