Description
English: Commemorative plaque to the emergency hospital operated by the German Red Cross during the uprising in Budapest in 1956. It is affixed to the front of the former Medical Assistant Training Institute where this field ambulance was in operation from 1 to 14 November 1956. Per this plate unveiled November 18, 2014, the municipality of Óbuda-Békásmegyer pays tribute to the anonymous heroes who showed courage and humanity. Français : Plaque commémorative à l'hôpital de secours géré par la Croix-Rouge allemande pendant l’insurrection de Budapest en 1956. Elle est apposée au front de l’ancien Institut de Formation Médecin Assistant où cet ambulance de campagne fonctionnait du 1 au 14 novembre 1956. Par cette plaque dévoilée le 18 novembre 2014, la municipalité d’Óbuda-Békásmegyer rend hommage aux héros anonymes qui ont fait preuve de courage et d'humanité. (48-50, rue San Marco, Budapest, 3e arr.)
Magyar: A német vöröskereszt munkatársai által működtetett segélykórházra emlékeztető tábla az egykori Orvossegédképző Intézet falán, ahol a tábori kórház 1956. november 1. és 14. között működött. A bátorságukról és emberségességükről tanúságot tett névtelen hősök emlékére állíttatta Óbuda-Békásmegyer önkormányzata 2014. november 18-án. (Budapest III. ker., San Marco utca 48-50.)
