Description
English: Map of Amsterdam by Gerrit de Broen. Published after 1737, as it includes more buildings than the version published in that year (e.g. the Hollandsche Manege at the corner of the Lijbaansgracht and the Leidsegracht, the Nieuwe Hal on the Botermarkt (now Rembrandtplein), and buildings on the Nieuwe Herengracht, Hoogte Kadijk, and Rapenburg). As the Hollandsche Manege was built in 1744, this map must date from that year or afterwards.
Date on or after 1744
