Kurdishː Dema demarereguhêzer digihîje ser rûyê sarkolemayê, sînyal bi navbeynkariya lûlekên T belavê nav sarkoplazmayê dibe. Ev rewş dibe sedema vebûna cogên kalsiyumê yên li ser rûyê retîkûlûma sarkoplazmiyê. Bi vebûna cogan, kalsiyuma embarkirî, ji retîkûlûma sarkoplazmî belavê nav sarkoplazmayê dibe. Îyonên kalsiyumê deziyên miyozînê hander dikin ko bi deziyên aktînê ve girêdan ava bikin. Girêdana navbera herdu deziyan wekî panîpire (bi înglîzî: cross-bridge) tê navkirin. Miyozîn deziyê aktînê li ser xwe de kaş dike. Ango deziyê aktîn li ser deziyê miyozînê de dixilîske (kaş dibe).
