DescriptionGirl Beside Mosca Creek (26069431227).jpg |
NPS/Patrick Myers Spring is the windy season in the western US. Plan your dunes time for calm morning hours, and explore the forested environment of Mosca Creek if afternoon winds arise. The easy 1/2 mile (0.8km) Montville Loop Trail or 3.5 mile (5.6km) Mosca Pass Trail allow easy access to the creek. With the refreshing sound of tumbling mountain water, tall shade trees, and songs of many bird species, Mosca Creek provides a reflective retreat from the bustle of the world.
