English: The Glendale Tract Community Center was built in 1937 and is located at the axial terminus of Sands Road on a large parcel that occupies the Southeast corner of the historic district. The building was once listed in the Arizona Endangered Historic Property list. It is with the Historic Glendale Tract Community District listed in the National Register of Historic Places on January 11, 2006, reference #05001506.
