Description
English: This is a picture I took from a jet airliner of Glendale and its vicinity, looking North.
  • Downtown Glendale is slightly upper left from the center. Highway 134 runs East-West from center-right to center-left of the picture just above downtown.
  • La Crescenta can be seen in the background in the upper right to upper center. Highway 2 runs north-south from the upper right to lower center of the image.
  • Griffith park can be seen in the center-left of the picture. Highway 5 runs North-South just to its right, and parallel to it is the concrete, artificial Los Angeles River.
