| Description |
English: Glenluce railway station (site), Dumfries & Galloway Opened in 1861 by the Portpatrick Railway on what became the Portpatrick & Wigtownshire Joint Railway from Castle Douglas to Portpatrick, this station closed in 1965. The railway line was known as 'The Port Road'. View south west towards Dunragit and Portpatrick. Not much seems to have changed since NX1957 : Site of former Glenluce station, 1996 was taken from a similar position some 23 years previously. |
