English: Glider over Pen y Fan. The faint black outline of a glider can be seen in the sun's rays on the left of this shot. The view is looking south up the final ascent to Pen y Fan from Cefn Cwm Llwch. The glider did several loops around the Nant Sere valley, starting at the height of the lower ridges and ascending far above the peaks on the updraft at the head of the valley. |
