English: Rock type: orthogneiss („red gneiss“, metagranitoid); age: protolith possibly early Paleozoic (Cambro-Ordovician), gneiss Variscan (Carboniferous); provenance: eastern rim of Eastern Ore Mountains, ridge between Wilisch mountain and Hermsdorfer Berg mountain, southern rim of road from Hermsdorf village to Wilisch mountain, about 300 m west of outcrop of Wilisch basalt, from the spoil of a pipeline trench. |
